Cauliflower- Peas Masala
Though cauliflower is not indigenous to India, just like potatoes, gobi (cauliflower) and aloo (potato) are kitchen staples. An easy way to deal with picky eaters is to have a back up of cauliflower and aloo. Easy to cook, no fuss, only smiles! This recipe hails straight from my mother's kitchen. Based on the availability, she would add or subtract the star ingredients. Often boiled eggs, or paneer would be added to make it more hearty.
